.::Animation Tutorial::..
Open Adobe Imageready (my version is 7) and open the images you wish to animate. I chose these pictures from Boyis.

On the second image, press CTRL+A to select it. Then press CTRL+C to copy it. Go to the first image, and press CTRL+P to paste it. Now, on the layers box, click on the little eye on the second image's layer. The eye should dissapear, and so should the second image.

Next, on the animation box, select the number of seconds for your first (and for now, only) layer by clicking the 0 sec.

A small menu will pop up. Click on of the "seconds" on the menu if you want. If the menu doesn't contain the number of seconds you want, click on the Others... tab below it. Then, a small box will pop up. Fill in the number you want, and then click Okay. I chose 0.5 sec.

Once you have chosen the no. of seconds, make a new layer () in the animation box. Go back to the layers box and click on the little eye on the second image's layer. The eye should appear now.

Change the no. of seconds for the second frame if you want. Click on the play button () to preview your animation. If you're happy with it, you can now save it! Press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+S and a box will pop up. A saving box will pop up. Name your file whatever you want and make sure your file type is .gif.

And that's about it! This is still the basic stuff in animating in Imageready. I'll probably be making a tut explaining some of the other buttons (hopefully this one isn't too confusing!). Anyway, this is what I came up with:

I hope this tutorial will help, and don't forget to link back. =)
